I was signed up for two shows with APE. First one was this summer in Schaumburg, IL (I live nearby) & the second one was the St. Louis, MO expo.
for the Windy City Pet expo we were literally in the parking lot of the venue when we discovered that the show was cancelled. Our product is perishable - Coffee Cakes & popcorn. I had spent appx. $3500 in inventory , plus the $1200 I gave them up front for the two shows! I filled out a claim form for the 1st one but never received anything from APE saying my claim form had been received, rejected, accepted - nada! Phone calls & emails went unanswered.

Just today I posted a negative comment publicly on their Facebook page... it wasn't 1 hour later that someone privately Messaged me on facebook asking if noone had ever reached out to me about the cancelled shows? I said no & she "promised" someone would call me on Monday??? we'll see what happens Monday......
